Fail, or not to fail?

I only say I failed b/c I didn't take one single picture on Thursday night...I say not to fail, because instead of worrying about taking pictures, I wanted to enjoy playing with my son all day long instead.  It was AWESOME to say the least!  He's such a great funny little man.  He was going absolutely berserk last night running around in the basement with me.  I love spending whole days with him!

Don't worry, I'm not going to leave you all hanging!  Here's a much overdue posting of our pumpkin patch and Halloween festivities...

Thank you Emily for this wonderful idea to compare last year's pumpkin patch trip to this year's trip:

Last year we wore a silly outfit

This year we wore a similarly silly outfit

Last year we rode the cow train with Daddy

This year we rode like a big boy all by ourselves!

This was our kid shot last year

And this year we had a lot more fun!

Last year Mommy took this great "artistic" shot

This year Mommy captured this wonderful moment

Last year we sat with the pumpkins like a good boy

This year we didn't want to sit for long!

Last year we got kisses from Mommy

And this year too!

This year our great friends Alvaro and Emily joined us for
pumpkin fun and brought their little pumpkin Antonio

This year we got a family picture (last year we did not)

Last year we dressed up as Curious George

This year we were a Cheeseburger

Last year we trick or treated with a cheerleader and Cinderella
(and apparently had a horrible camera)

This year we went with a pink princess and a rockstar!

As you can see in the last picture, we also enjoyed a fun trip to the Air and Space Museum this year.  They held an event for kids called Air and Scare.  We've never been to the Museum before, and loved it!

LOVE it! (And thanks for the link...) It's absolutely amazing to see the difference a year makes.
