No, not a bill...a baby!!! LOL Yep, we are 40 weeks and 1 day now and still no baby. I'm still contracting, but they aren't close enough yet at about 1 or 2 an hour. I've tried walking, but that is majorly difficult! I had no idea! I'll have to try the stairs next. I've gotten so many suggestions on how to hurry this little guy along, but in the end I think he's just going to come when he wants to come out and there is nothing I can do to change that. Plus all I feel like doing is sleeping lately anyway ;)
Chris came with me to the doctor on Friday and we got some good news and some bad news...the good news was that I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced! Finally some progress! The bad news was that the office didn't do their job in securing me a spot to be induced on the 26th and now I have to wait to be induced on the 29th instead if Noah stays in that long. We would love for him to come on his own b/c we really don't want the pain and difficulties that come along with an induction, but they won't let me go past the 29th b/c I'm measuring a week ahead. So, all in all I hope that my 1 cm means something good! This will be my last pregnancy post...pics of the baby will be the next thing you see!
