Here's a brief update on what's happening in our little world for those of you that visit our blog...
Chris and I decided to reveal the baby's name to family and anyone else who asks. So for those that check this website, you are lucky ones! Our baby's name will be Noah Michael Wright. Michael being my dad's name and Noah being from the Bible and a name we just happened to agree on (which was no easy task).
Now that I'm almost 37 weeks, which is considered full term, I am anxious to find out from the doctors if I'm dilating at all. It's a little disappointing to go to my checkups every week to find out I'm not even half a centimeter. :( I guess Noah is just happy to be where he is at for now. At least that's one way of looking at it LOL
In family news, most of you know that Chris was in a car accident last Sunday. He was at a stop light on 7100 and a guy hit him from behind going about 50mph. It was very very scary to say the least and still is to think about. Of course, being the lucky couple we are, the guy who hit Chris doesn't have insurance and wasn't driving his own car. So now the insurance company for the owner's car has denied our claim saying they are not at fault since the owner wasn't responsible. This is such a pain to go through at any point in your life, but it's even harder on us right now b/c the car that was hit and damaged is supposed to be our "baby mobile". We were waiting to buy another car until August when I go back to work. You know, to save some money. So now, not only are we losing money to get our baby car fixed b/c Nationwide won't fix it for us, we have to rethink saving money for 3 more months and go out and buy another car that can hold a baby seat in it as well. Overall, we are saying our prayers and thanking God that nothing serious happened to Chris. But there's always something to complain about right? :)
Alright, that's our story for now. I see the doctor again on May 8th and this Saturday is Chris' birthday so I'm sure I'll be updating you all in another week with more news and pics. God bless!
