I remember having my first dream about my pregnancy when I was somewhere in my first or second month. It is a little hard to remember now, but what I do remember is having trouble feeding my baby with a bottle.
Since researching pregnancy dreams online, I will proceed to give my interpretation of the dreams also: I believe I had this dream b/c this will be my first child and I am extremely nervous about the care giving aspect of it all. I've been very nervous that I will not know when to feed or how to tell the difference in the baby's cries.

all of my "baby dreams" were TRUE!! So whatever you're dreaming could be true :)...I didnt know the sex of my baby and I had a dream that I delivered a baby girl that resembled Chanel's auntie (father's side)and YUP, when she was born OMG she looks just like her auntie!!!! SO WEIRD! lol...
I had a dream that a hamburger was eating ME!!!!
